ABOUT TONI M. ZAVANA
TONI M. ZAVANA is the CEO and founder of Evo Pro Biz Solutions, a company dedicated to saving new entrepreneurs time and money by offering strategies for growth and development. Appalled by the statistic that by the end of the 5th year, nearly 50% of small businesses fail (SBA.gov/advocacy – August 2018), Ms. Zavana determined to use her extensive business and management experience to give entrepreneurs an advantage to change that sobering statistic. Ms. Zavana subscribes to the maxim: “Failure to plan equals planning to fail” as a foundation to assist businesses with the kind of short and long-term planning required for success.
Ms. Zavana, an American-born woman of Caribbean descent, was raised in the Midwest. Those Midwestern roots inform her foundational values of hard work, ethics, and collaboration and are the hallmark of both her professional career and her personal life. In her professional life, Ms. Zavana has worked for local, state, and federal agencies as well as serving in leadership roles within the community.
In addition to the Juris Doctor awarded by the David A. Clarke School of Law in Washington, DC, Ms. Zavana also holds an M.S. degree in Human Services and a B.A. degree in Sociology. Further, she holds the following credentials: Americans With Disabilities (ADA) Coordinator; English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher; Title III Business certification; and Mental Health First Aid certification. Ms. Zavana holds a Paralegal certification with a concentration in litigation.
